Photoshop CS6 for Beginners: Color Lookup Effects in Detail

The Photoshop cs6 reviews, quick-tips and tutorials were spreading like Wildfire and to add spice to that we created some Photoshop Cs6 tutorials in our "Graphic and web design" blog.

Today we created a Photoshop cs6 Quick-tip for our readers on "Color Lookup" Image Adjustment new tool. The Color-Lookup tool is used in many way, in previous version of After effects the 3DLuT file is used to look up for the color and the similar technique is used here in Photoshop cs6. Kindly note this tool is very basic and those who love to change their photos in vintage or vignette effect may give a try.

We added a colorful image and comparision to show how it differ from each effect apply on them. For Designers and photographers we use other own technique to achieve our work. Note this tool only available in New photoshop cs6 version only. Below there are some before and after effects. let's roll !.

There are three option found in the color-lookup tool menu. The First one is 3DlUT file, Abstract File and Device Link. In future we can download new sets of These files after the release of full version of Photoshop Cs6.

Here is the Creative part, these are default effects and some of the effects may bot be well pleasant or your desired effect may not achieve using this tool, then try to duplicate and blend the modes, merging in Photoshop layers will give more possibilities you ever imagined.
